Our headquarters are located at Kringlan 5 in Reykjavík, and we operate a total of fourteen branches as well as agency and service offices across the country.

Regular pay analyses are conducted, and since measurements began, the gender pay gap has never exceeded 2%.
- Our diverse workforce reflects a variety of backgrounds, experiences, ages, education, and locations. Around a quarter of our employees have been with Sjóvá for over 15 years, more than a third for 5–15 years, and over a third for less than five years.
