On Wednesday, February 12, we are opening a branch in Höfn in Hornafjörður.
The office will be located on the 2nd floor of the Miðbær shopping center at Litlubrú 1 and will be open Monday to Thursday from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM and Fridays from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
Sjóvá has always strived to provide outstanding and accessible service in rural areas. We have previously offered services in Höfn in Hornafjörður and are excited to continue Sjóvá’s long history in the area.
This winter, we experimented with a so-called “pop-up” setup, where employees traveled to Höfn on certain days. It was very successful, and the reception left no doubt that we should establish a permanent and predictable office arrangement.
Therefore, we are opening in Höfn on Wednesday, February 12.
Sjóvá’s branch network now reaches all corners of the country, and for a long time, there has been a need for an insurance company branch in Höfn.
