About the Icelandic Customer Satisfaction Index

The Icelandic Customer Satisfaction Index is an association owned by Stjórnvísi and conducted by Prósent.

Several factors influencing customer satisfaction are measured, such as expectations, brand image, service quality, and value. The Satisfaction Index is based on three questions:

1. Overall, how satisfied or dissatisfied are you with your experience with the company?

2. Considering all your expectations of the company and your experience with it, to what extent does the company meet your expectations?

3. Now imagine the perfect company. How close is [the company] to that ideal?

The Satisfaction Index score is calculated on a scale of 0–100, where a higher score indicates greater satisfaction.
