If all your insurance policies are renewed on the same day (you have chosen a single due date), we will issue your refund one month after the renewal of your policies.
If you have chosen to spread the renewal of your policies throughout the year, we will issue your refund in February each year.
The refund period will then apply to premiums related to the previous year. A premium is paid for each policy for the period it covers, so the refund period may differ from the validity period of the policies.
