You will receive a refund if:

  • you are a Stofn member when the refund is issued
  • you have been a Stofn member for at least one month during the period for which the refund applies
  • you have paid the premiums for the period for which the refund applies
  • you have been claim-free during the period for which the refund applies (those who have a claim with compensation lower than the refund they are entitled to will receive the difference).
