Our customers who are claim-free can receive a refund once a year. For example, Páll has received a refund 17 times in the 20 years he has been a customer.
You will receive a refund if:
you are a Stofn member when the refund is issued
you have been a Stofn member for at least one month during the period for which the refund applies
you have paid the premiums for the period for which the refund applies
you have been claim-free during the period for which the refund applies (those who have a claim with compensation lower than the refund they are entitled to will receive the difference).
