Customers in Stofn are entitled to Roadside Assistance up to three times per year. Children of Stofn customers who share the same legal residence as a parent or guardian can also use the service, regardless of the vehicle.

If you are involved in a collision in the capital area, you can call Aðstoð og öryggi for assistance in filling out the damage report.

There are several benefits to having an independent professional complete the report. They carefully assess the situation, take photos used in the claims process, and electronically submit the damage report to the insurance companies.

This service is available in the capital area from 7:00 AM to 6:30 PM on weekdays.

Roadside Assistance staff cannot repair the vehicle in case of a breakdown. If the vehicle needs repairs and you require towing assistance, Vaka offers a 15% discount on its services for Stofn customers.
